If you’re new to mind mapping, I’ve particularly enjoyed the The Productivity Show’s podcast episode on that topic. Especially when they talk about the different kinds of mind maps and how they differ from outlines. The swiveling tether latches clip into your dog’s harness to help keep them secure while in the backpack, an important feature for hiking with dogs in a carrier. It’s just big enough to keep your pockets small clear backpack of your phone, wallet, keys, and spare change. An additional large U-zip pocket on the front is perfect for keeping all of your pens, notebooks, wallet, and keys safe and within easy reach. As a wallet, it has a wrist strap and an adjustable crossbody strap. If you’re carrying up to five kilos / 11 lbs of stuff, the straps need to be up to the job and ideally need to be backed up by a waist strap and a chest strap.

These will be sized to fit the bike, so you’re going to find a larger top box for, say, a Multistrada than you are for a Hunter Cub CT125. As we mentioned, it is super helpful to sort out what kind of backpacking you will be doing to determine what style of pack will suit you the best. The pack boasts tons of advantageous features, including a profusion of pockets and pouches, excellent organizational elements, good ventilation, generous padding, and glove-friendly zipper pulls. What Size Pack Do I Need for Backpacking? A zipped outer valuables pocket is handy so that you don’t have to dive to the bottom of the main section in search of your keycard when you arrive at your destination. While increased activity is a part of the point that was made above, it absolutely deserves its own section. I’ve been part of the PyCon US’s program committee for two years and I can tell you that a lot of proposals were half-assed.

I’ve never seen that at any PyCon or EuroPython. You cannot compare speaking at PyCon to a business presentation or a school report. Though take it with a grain of salt after I’ve arguably misjudged the interest in metrics and Prometheus in 2016 and spoke to an only ⅓ filled room at PyCon US. I’ve seen people making fun of speakers at The Next Web which is a very "startup bro"-ey event. Speaking to 500 well-meaning people is easier than speaking to 5 that might be antagonistic towards you. 7. A triple zip crossbody bag so you'll have separated sections for all your things, making it much easier to find what you're looking for. Most have an internal organiser with separate compartments including one for a laptop or tablet.
